In recent years,many companies in China have been exposed to the integrity scandal,the image of enterprises in the eyes of the public is deteriorating,the whole society shrouded in the shadow of broken promises.As the core of an enterprise,a leader is the most direct person in charge of the enterprise and also the guide of employees' work.The integrity of a leader directly affects the overall integrity of the enterprise,which makes the integrity leadership theory become a new research hotspot.At present,the study of the good faith leadership theory is still in the initial stage,through to the existing literature,found on the content of the leadership structure still has not unified conclusion,and scholars to study on good faith led mostly stay in the sorting and summary of the theory of abroad,only a few scholars through the empirical study demonstrates integrity leading effect.Among Chinese scholars,xie hengxiao was the first to study credit leadership,developed the internal structure of credit leadership,and put forward the five-dimension scale of credit leadership by summarizing foreign literatures.However,there is no research on the impact of authentic leadership on employees' innovation performance,which constitutes the research motivation of this paper.In the fierce competition environment between enterprises,innovation has increasingly become the core competitiveness of enterprises,and enterprise innovation has become a problem that managers always pay attention to.Enterprise innovation is a long and complex process,which requires a lot of time and energy,and mobilizes the whole enterprise to carry out it together.Employee innovation is an important factor of enterprise innovation.Only the innovation of each employee can promote the innovation of the whole enterprise.Therefore,employee innovation is the foundation and focus of enterprise innovation.At the same time,as the leader of the enterprise,its role is the most important,an excellent leader can bring the enterprise into better development.Leadership style can best reflect the personal ability of the leader,so in the process of enterprise innovation,leadership style plays a key role.The emergence of authentic leadership is an interactive atmosphere formed by the interaction between leaders and employees,which enables the trust relationship between leaders and employees.Leader-member exchange relationship distinguishes the quality between outsiders and insiders.High-quality leader-member exchange relationship will form an insider relationship with employees and give them more support.Employees will also trust their leaders and work actively in return.In contrast,the leader-member exchange relationship of low quality is an outsider relationship.The leader maintains a formal working relationship with the employees and lacks trust and emotional interaction.Authentic leadership focuses on the communication and interaction with employees,and provides employees with a more open working environment and supports their work requirements.This characteristic of authentic leadership makes it easier to establish high-quality relationships with employees,so leader-member exchange is closely related to authentic leadership.Based on overall analysis,this paper select employees dependent and independent variables choose Authentic leadership theory,innovation performance,leading ? members exchange intermediary variable selection,research by the good faith,led,led ? members exchange relationships with employees' innovation performance building model,the influence of the interaction relationship between the three variables.Based on this research framework,18 hypotheses were proposed,and the research was carried out through the method of questionnaire survey.Finally,244 valid questionnaires were recovered.SPSS19.0 software was used for empirical research to verify the proposed hypothesis.Come to the following conclusion:(1)authentic leadership positively affects employees' innovation performance.According to the significance of its influence on employees' innovation performance,the first dimension is subordinate orientation,the second dimension is relationship transparency and leadership traits.However,internalized ethics has no significant influence on employees' innovation performance.(2)the integrity of leading members of the dimension of leadership ? exchange part dimensions have significant positive effects,including subordinate guide significantly positive influence on leadership?members exchange of emotions and contribution dimensions,and no significant effect of professional respect;Internalizing morality to lead ? members exchange of emotions and the impact of the most significant contribution dimensions,also had no significant effect of professional respect.Transparent significantly positive influence on leadership traits and relationships ? members to exchange the leadership of the emotion,contribution,and professional respect dimensions.(3)leader-member exchange significantly affects employee innovation performance,among which high-quality leader-member exchange relationship,whether in terms of contribution,emotion or professional respect,positively affects employee innovation performance;Low quality leader-member exchange relationship negatively affects employee innovation performance in three dimensions.(4)in leadership?members under the action of exchange,the good faith leadership role on employees' innovation performance is more significant,part leader—member exchange intermediary integrity innovation performance and staff behavior(5)The influence of some demographic variables on the research variables was significantly different.The research conclusion has certain reference value for enterprise management.In the process of enterprise management,the cultivation of authentic leadership should be attached importance to.At the same time,a positive relationship between leaders and employees should be established to enhance the trust and feelings of employees towards leaders and enterprises,so as to promote the innovation performance of employees and enhance the competitive advantages of enterprises.
