Study On Countermeasures To Enhance The Competitiveness Of Enterprises From Perspective Of Social Responsibility

With the development of society,corporate social responsibility has become an important issue in all areas of society.Researchers and the public agree that social responsibility has become an important part of the competitiveness of enterprises,enterprises should take the initiative to assume the corresponding social responsibility.The automobile industry is a new industry,the automobile from the design to the product forming process has a long industrial chain,involving enterprises and related departments more,as one of the pillar industries of China's national economy,the automobile industry for China's rapid economic development plays an important role.Based on the characteristics of the automobile industry,the current problems of product quality of automobile enterprises,environmental pollution problems and violations of consumer rights and so on have exposed the shortcomings of automobile enterprises in fulfilling social responsibility and brought adverse effects to society.Automobile enterprises should increase the performance of environmental responsibility,promote the sustained and stable development of China's economy,and ensure social harmony.This paper uses three research methods: literature analysis,questionnaire survey,case analysis.A large number of access and collation analysis of related literature,is to start the theoretical basis of this study.Second,the use of questionnaires to investigate consumer awareness of Shanghai Volkswagen to fulfill their social responsibility,advocate the enterprise should take the initiative to fulfill social responsibility.This paper analyzes the current situation of social responsibility of Shanghai Volkswagen Company,the many problems and causes in the process of fulfilling social responsibility,and sums up the concrete ways to improve the level of social responsibility of Shanghai Volkswagen Company and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.According to the problems of Shanghai Volkswagen Corporation in fulfilling its social responsibility,the paper summarizes the ways to improve the level of social responsibility of Shanghai Volkswagen.First of all,the need for auto companies from their own,to correctly understand the social responsibility,take the initiative to fulfill social responsibility,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Second,the automobile enterprises should strengthen guidance and communication with consumers,improve consumer knowledge of the accumulation of automotive products,and improve consumer awareness of rights.The way promoted the automobile enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities,and promoted the healthy development of automobile enterprises.Finally,the automobile enterprises should pay attention to the relevant policies of the government,take the initiative to fulfill social responsibility,to get the support of the government,improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Again,the automobile enterprises should pay attention to the public and social media supervision,preventive measures,take the initiative to fulfill their social responsibilities effectively.
