| In 2020,with the strong promotion of the Party and the state,China has achieved a comprehensive victory in poverty alleviation.The primary challenge at this stage is how to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and connect with rural revitalization.So,how to prevent the return of poverty-stricken households is one of the hot topics in the current research field of poverty alleviation.This article conducted a field investigation on the poverty alleviation situation in rural areas of Yimeng Mountain in Shandong Province,and comprehensively explored the risk of rural households returning to poverty.This provides a new theoretical perspective for understanding the specific mechanism of impoverished households returning to poverty,and also provides new theoretical guidance for solving the problem of rural impoverished households returning to poverty in China.Based on the comprehensive analysis of rural issues in the Yimeng mountainous areas of Shandong Province,this article provides important research samples and experience for achieving rural revitalization in China against the background of achieving comprehensive poverty alleviation in rural areas.This article mainly focuses on the poverty-stricken households in rural areas of Yimeng Mountain area as the research object,and uses various methods such as literature analysis,field investigation,and empirical analysis to comprehensively study the potential risk of poverty return of rural poverty-stricken households in Yimeng Mountain area.Firstly,the research background,significance,methods,and current research status at home and abroad of this article are introduced.Secondly,a basic explanation of relevant concepts and theories was provided,starting from the basic concepts appearing in the four articles of poverty,poverty alleviation,return to poverty,and risk of return to poverty.Combining the theory of the vicious cycle of poverty,poverty theory,and intergenerational transmission of poverty,the current situation of rural poverty alleviation and the risk of return to poverty in the Yimeng Mountains were further explained.At present,poverty-stricken households in the Yimeng mountainous area have received basic guarantees in the national poverty alleviation work,but still face various risks of returning to poverty.Once again,in response to the existing risk of returning to poverty,this article conducts a comprehensive empirical evaluation based on the basic situation of poverty-stricken farmers in the Yimeng Mountains.From the perspective of returning to poverty risk,it analyzes the main situation of returning to poverty risks faced by impoverished households and the size of returning to poverty risks.The comprehensive index is 2.4653,which is between relatively small and average.It can be seen that the perception of poverty alleviation households towards the risk of returning to poverty is close to a "relatively small" level,indicating that the overall risk of returning to poverty faced by poverty alleviation households is relatively low.In order to further deepen the empirical results,this paper starts from the main body of poverty alleviation in Yimeng mountain area,combined with the livelihood capital analysis,and concludes that human capital and physical capital play the most important role in preventing poverty return.Finally,based on the resource endowment of the Yimeng mountainous area and the actual situation of rural poverty alleviation households,in order to resolve the risk of returning to poverty and achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization,measures and suggestions were proposed to promote individual psychological empowerment,reasonably guide non agricultural livelihood capital,ensure precise docking of policies,and strengthen the protection of various types of capital resources. |
