A Research On The Classification And Application On Business Model Innovation In Manufacturing Company Under The Background Of "Internet+"

In the 12th National People's Congress,the government put forward the plan of internet plus initiative formally,emphasizing on integration of the innovation of the internet and various fields,promoting the innovation and productivity of the real economy.Manufacturing industry as the pillar industry of our country economy development,to ensure that the manufacturing company based in the intense market competition is of great significance.However,at present,China's traditional manufacturing enterprise is not strong,need to use the Internet to realize business model innovation.Only the enterprise business model innovation can create unique and lasting competitiveness.Furthermore,the flexibility of the Internet has brought the diversity of manufacturing enterprise business model innovation,different types of innovation is not simply change of a factor or the interaction,but the dynamic evolution of the whole.Therefore,under the background of the internet,type style research is particularly important.Only clear the types of business model innovation in theory,enterprises can according to their own ability and the environment to determine the future direction of innovation.This article makes manufacturing enterprises as the research object,researching the classification and application of business model innovation under the background of "Internet+",to give innovative ideas for the manufacturing industry.In this paper,by reviewing business model,business model innovation,and manufacturing enterprise business model innovation of relevant theoretical study,sums up the core elements of manufacturing enterprise business model,including the value proposition,value creation,value network,value acquisition.Based on the analysis of the influence of Internet + environment for manufacturing enterprise business model,this paper proposes manufactuing enterprise business model innovation 3-4-2 classification framework.Based on this framework,this paper researches the innovation type for one-dimensional,2 d,3 d,and gets the final classification results.Then,the paper adopts the method of case study exploring the four typical manufacturing companies,which use the Internet for the business model innovation,as well as the differences between different business model innovation.This study introduces the industry factors of manufacturing enterprises,systematically researches the business model innovation types and combines with the specific cases to carry on the proof,getting two conclusions:(1)manufacturing enterprise business model innovation 3-4-2 framework;(2)the typical types of manufacturing enterprise business model innovation.At the same time,through summarizing practical experience of the enterprise cases,this paper accounts for Chinese manufacturing enterprises how to choose the appropriate type of business model innovation according to their own situation,which makes the theory more practical guiding significance.
