The Research On The Organizational Innovation Regards BPR As Core For Manufacturing Enterprise

This paper briefly looks back on the correlative academic study domestic and overseas through the organization theory, the organization innovation, the organization developing and Business Process Reengineering. And the key of the research are the reason of the organization innovation, how to do this innovation, and the relation between Business Process Reengineering and the organization innovation.The manufacturing industry is an important part of our national economy. The author points out that the traditional organization, which was generally used by the manufacturing industry of our country, has many abuses. For example, too much levels and the division of labor meticulous split the complete process, the interior of the enterprise lacks environment and mechanism for innovation. So the organization shape of the manufacturing industry has not been able to adapt the new environment. Facing the opportunity and the challenge brought by the new economy, the manufacturing industry of our country must be innovated.According to the characteristic of the new age, this paper concludes the reasons that lead to organization innovation from both inside and outside aspects, analyses the relation between the inside and outside factor from the materialist dialectics, and pointed out that the most basic factor is the transformation of the enterprise strategy. Base on this, the paper summarizes the development tendency of the organize structure of manufacturing industry enterprise is going to be a flat, flexible and informational "organic organization".Considering from the revolution of the organization, the author thinks that many people are unsuccessful on BPR because those people who want to do the BPR did not have a clear understanding of the essence of BPR, did not realize what the problem of this enterprise is, and could not find a suitable way to systematically and effectively implement BPR. Though the definition of BPR, this paper considers that can be more efficient to incarnate its systematic characteristic and feasibility by understanding BPR from the organization innovation.
