In the e-commerce industry of fresh agricultural products facing the opportunities and challenges,how to ensure the product quality,improve the customer satisfaction and the gross profit of enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved.Fresh agricultural products have been from the initial price dispute and customer disputes into the supply chain dispute,procurement management has become a fresh power supply chain management link in the top priority.This paper first analyzes the present situation of supply chain procurement management of fresh electricity suppliers,and clarifies the main problems of purchasing management,namely,the problem of lack of purchasing demand,cold chain distribution system problem,fresh supplier selection problem,fresh supplier performance management problem.Then,on the basis of the theory of supply chain procurement management,the optimization method is given respectively from the theoretical level for the above problems.Finally,the case study of No.1 store is carried out,and the theoretical method is verified in practice,and the optimization scheme and suggestion are given.Through the literature combing-model analysis-case study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through the analysis of the demand of raw materials procurement,the use of cross analysis,according to the actual sales of enterprises and consumers to purchase frequency to guide and develop Procurement requirements;(2)for fresh agricultural products,fresh sales forecast in the case of certain accuracy,according to the loss of fresh consumption to determine the use of what kind of distribution,if the day is not sold out of fresh products and a serious devaluation(3)The fresh supplier selection model constructed in combination with the TOPSIS model can evaluate the suppliers more effectively and comprehensively,and can effectively evaluate the benefits of the enterprises in the form of JIT distribution,and the benefits of the traditional distribution methods are higher than those of the traditional distribution methods.(4)based on the Balanced Scorecard vendor evaluation system,in order to guide the assessment of fresh suppliers,suppliers and supply chain to achieve the integration of local and overall strategy.The above conclusion also applies to Tmall,Jingdong and other fresh e-commerce platform.
