Successful experience abroad shows,the sales of fresh agricultural product:;are the soul and the source of profit of the supermarket business,and the supermarket is the main channel to provide agricultural products.In China,farmers market is the main channel.With the development of the domestic economy, more and more people prefer to choose supermarket as a main place to buy them In order to get more profits, reduce procurement costs,and get standardized and safe agricultural product:;,the supermarkets have to shorten the supply chain and use direct procurement.This paper innovatively does research on supply chain management of sttpermarket fresh agricultural products based on direct procurement.It puts forward innovatively supply chain supermarket's core idea of optimizing fresh agricultural products based on the analysis of the status of Supermarket sale fresh agricultural products and the problems of supply chain management.That is integrating industry chain to clean the channels of "agriculture connected with supermarket ",deepening processing chain to increase the added value of agricultural products,changing the traditional food chain to make sure of the food safety.With the guidance of the core ideas,this paper researches on the supply chain management systems construction of the fresh agricultural products in supermarket,especially on cooperation mechanisms construction,distribution centers construction and information platform construction.Finally,this paper researches on the case of the practice of supply chain management of fresh agricultural products supermarket chain in Jiajiayue,Shandong,and gets some inspirations of optimizing supermarket supply chain management of agricultural fresh products.The purpose of this paper is offering decision-making basis and theoretical basis of the supply chain management of fresh agricultural products based on direct procurement for the supermarket through theoretical and empirical researches.
