Facility Management(FM)derives from the traditional property management gradually and widely practices in the modern enterprise management,and which has been playing more and more significant role to improve the office environment and promote the working efficiency.Facility management,as an emerging interdisciplinary,has gotten more and more attention from the academia and enterprise managers.Supplier Relationship Management(SRM),as a very important and familiar link in business management,especially in the traditional manufacture enterprise,which makes a vital significance role for the sustainable development of enterprises.While in this essay,we study the SRM in FM,also as an important role in this field,which has been widely research and practiced,but comparing the standard and controllability production in the traditional manufacture enterprise,the suppliers in FM is particularity,as which are mostly service oriented,and the service standards is diversification and hard to monitor,and the characteristic take more challenges to the enterprise regulator.This essay takes Microsoft(China)FM as the research sample,basing on the writer working experience,making a analysis on the supplier selection,daily management,evaluation assessment and so on,getting some strategy in practice of SRM in FM,and may provide some experience for other similar enterprise in practice.
