Research On The Relationship Between Manufacturing Enterprise Supply Chain Integration And Financial Performance

With the development of the global economy,the competition between enterprises and enterprises has gradually transformed into the competition of supply chain and supply chain.Manufacturing industry is the mainstay of the national economy,and the upstream companies of manufacturing are suppliers,the downstream enterprises are customers.As the core business,manufacturing is the most characteristic of the supply chain integration industry,and the degree of integration of the supply chain of manufacturing industry on the current national " 2025 China-made"has a very large practical significance.If the relationship between supply chain integration and financial performance is explored,it will provide reference value for enterprises to further strengthen cooperation relationship between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain integration industry.Having use the literature review method,the statistical analysis method and the empirical analysis method,this paper mainly selects 544 valid samples from seven manufacturing sub-sectors of CSMAR database for empirical analysis to explore the correlation between the degree of integration of manufacturing supply chain and financial performance.The research of this paper is divided into two parts:In the first part,the relationship between the supply chain integration of the whole manufacturing industry and the profitability,operating capability,solvency and development capability index of the enterprise is explored by using correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results show that the integration of the manufacturing supply chain improves the profitability of enterprises,promotes the operation ability of enterprises,speeds up the return of capital,reduces the risk of debt repayment and improves the overall development level of enterprises.In the second part,we use the correlation analysis to explore the relationship between supply chain integration and the financial performance of manufacturing sub-industry.It is found that the different operating modes of aspects of general equipment manufacturing,chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing and automobile manufacturing industry,which affects the individual aspects of supply chain integration to financial performance,profitability and solvency.Through the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some conclusions and suggestions for the empirical analysis,and provides some reference for the future development of supply chain management.Finally,this paper also puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of this paper.
