| The meaning of the food safety is significant,which is related to the life safety of the masses and the harmonious and stable society.In recent years,occurring so many reports about accidents of food safety,which not only harm the health of consumers,but also destroy the food business’s social images and business reputations.With the promotion of economic globalization,more and more Chinese enterprises began to actively practice the social responsibility.However,specific to the domestic food enterprises,the performance of corporate social responsibility is still more obvious defects,which is also an important reason for the occurrence of food safety accidents.In order to restore the confidence of the masses to the domestic food enterprises and enhance the quality and efficiency of the development of the food industry,it is necessary for the food companies to fulfill their social responsibility as an important research topic.The paper takes the food enterprises of our country to fulfill the social responsibility as the research object,and comprehensively reviews the research results at home and abroad,and analyzes the situation of the implementation of the social responsibility of food enterprises at home and abroad.With selecting A sauce company as a case,the paper analyzes the status and the problem of Chinese food enterprises to fulfill social responsibility from internal and external enterprises.Then the measures of improving and strengthening domestic food enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility were proposed:(1)The control function of government should be strengthened and guides food industry enterprises to fulfill social responsibility properly;(2)The awareness of food industry performing the social responsibility should be fused with the enterprise development strategy;(3)Masses should raise the awareness of protection rights,which should be protected as a stress;(4)Non-governmental organizations like news media should take effect of supervision. |
