| Industrial structure refers to the internal economic ties of the sectors of the national economy in a particular area and interactions among them.A regional industry and its social and economic development depends on the alternation of the regional industrial structure.And the industry competitiveness is a specific industry in a specific market environment of competition.Among them,the comparison of industrial competitiveness depends on the spatial difference.If the industry development environment and the rate of growth are all the same,there is no use of studying industry competition environment.Therefore,industry competitiveness is to point to in the study area,and between in and outside the area in the competition of the same kind of industry,specific areas of specific industries in the process of development of potential,under certain conditions can play out under the stimulus of and can promote the ability of the sustainable development of industry.Industry competitiveness is measured one regional industry development prospects and the subsequent ability of a comprehensive measure.In prior to the implementation of the "Bridgehead" construction in Yunnan province,through industrial structure changes of related regions driven the large-scale,high-speed development of the economic development of the cost of large,slow adjustment of the industrial structure of the economic zone in Yunnan province and promote industry competitiveness in related area of slow economic growth,which in turn lead to these areas did not produce more and better jobs,and farmers into the city makes no sense.A large number of agricultural population in urban society,the process of urbanization lag.Together the industry and the city will not be able to close,the agglomeration of industries and population,the development of industrialization at a faster rate than the urbanization,and so on and so forth,all of these make town inside the emergence of a new dual contradiction,and increasing rural left-behind children,women and the old man,for the development of economy and society is also very bad.And from the angle of the coordinated development of regional economy,the economic zone of Yunnan province internal collaboration,industrial cluster efficiency is not high enough,lead to relevant regional industrial competitiveness is low;In parts of the population pressure is big,and intensifying the contradiction between the comprehensive carrying capacity;Many small towns,small in size and service function is relatively low,these factors have led to the increased cost of economic society and ecological environment in Yunnan province.In this paper,in combination with previous research and the current status quo on the basis of social and economic development in Yunnan province,puts forward the basic meaning of industry structure and industry competitiveness,summarize and analyze the change of industrial structure and industrial competitiveness at home and abroad changes impact on economic growth of related theory and method,and the new urbanization planning in Yunnan province(2014-2020)"in six major urban agglomeration in the administrative area as the study area,from the angle of the six major economic areas in Yunnan province industrial structure changes,the use of off-share analysis of the economic zone in Yunnan province since China launched the strategy of" western development "changes in the change of industrial structure and industrial competitiveness study of the influence of the relevant regional economic growth.Finally draw the conclusion: in this paper a regional industry structure and industry competitiveness is constantly changing,need to make reasonable adjustments according to the development of the economy.Yunnan province each region industry development limited by geographical location,there is a big gap now to all aspects of resources,realize the reasonable planning as a whole,the efforts to close the gap,to establish a long-term development mechanism,to increase the whole to a higher level. |
