As China's economic development and the rapid development of the internet today,e-commerce for a business in the future competition which is more important,if the small household electrical appliance enterprises that want to enhance core competitiveness,one of the important way which is join,plan and implement ecommerce.China's e-commerce started late relatively,and quite a lot of enterprises just start e-commerce project in recent years,many small household electrical appliance manufacturing enterprises are still in the ranks of traditional enterprises or still in the exploratory stage of e-commerce.So far,the industry still does not provide a very clear guide about enterprises how to implement e-commerce business.Any small household electrical appliance enterprises that want to join the ranks of ecommerce have a lot of doubts about how to plan and implement e-commerce projects effectively,some enterprise had invested a lot of money for e-commerce project was failure finally.However,with more practical practice of various enterprises which is continues to be successful in China in recent years,entrepreneurs are constantly sharing experience,what is make entrepreneurs still can find some strategy about small household electrical appliance enterprises how to practice that effective and getting the initial effect in a short period of time,in the situation that market development is uneven and the case of success or failure are constantly emerging.After many years of careful management,although W company already has a larger scale,in the face of dual competition from the physical store and the ecommerce,which also felt the pressure of development.In order to reduce the pressures of business that at the same time from the raw material suppliers of upstream who substantial increase in the price of raw materials,and the channel squeeze that is monopoly from the part of entity sales channels,and physical sales channels of the monopoly of the nature of the dealer's channel crush and that substantial sales market growth slowed significantly and the fierce competition from small household appliances counterparts,and what is more,they can through the integration of W company and e-commerce to further develop its production business of small household electrical appliances and business capacity of sales that both are main business,W company proposed that to carry out e-commerce projects for enhance the value of business.In this article,the author through a large number of collection and summary of the data about traditional small household electrical appliance enterprises how to upgrade with e-commerce and the data about how to solve the possible problems of integration of e-commerce,and many authority research report about the macro environment of e-commerce and the market environment of small household electrical appliance e-commerce with analysis and summarization,extract some of the effective strategies what may be helpful to W company which implement the ecommerce program practical,and make them integrate into one by a coherent logical structure,then combine them into a complete article finally.These strategies about small home appliance companies what include the strategic positioning for W company,the infrastructure upgrade for W company,the construction of operations system for W company,the marketing for W company and the strategy about how to make the operation of W company long-term orderly,and so on,perhaps these studies on other small household electrical appliance enterprises which is also hoping to develop e-commerce projects have a reference role.
