Research On The Coordinated Development Of Industrial Structure And Urbanization In Yanbian

In this paper,based on the new changes in the world economic situation,the new situation with the implementation of China' s new urbanization strategy and macro background of new industrialization in Yanbian,based on systematic review of relevant literature and theory on the urbanization and the upgrading of the industrial structure,defines the basic concepts of urbanization and industrial structure upgrading,and then explore the intrinsic the mechanism of the interaction between these two aspects,namely urbanization by promoting the flow of factors,to provide the space environment and change the market demand of these three aspects to the upgrading of the industrial structure;and the upgrading of the industrial structure is the development power,optimization of urban function and the change of employment structure of the three aspects in urbanization.The interaction mechanism between urbanization and upgrading of industrial structure,which not only relates to each other,but also affects and restricts each other,is the driving force and source of sustained economic growth.Through the present situation analysis,in the new century,driven by multiple factors,the development of Yanbian industrial structure and urban in time showed the characteristics and they go hand in hand,strong consistency,so to a certain extent,the two have the condition of interactive development base.However,the coordination of Yanbian industrial structure and the development of urbanization is still not enough,still have a serious problem,these problems in the industrial structure,industrial structure is the evolution of urbanization promoted by some restrictions,and performance in terms of the development of urban area,is between the urbanization and the evolution of industrial structure unbalanced development effect to achieve the coordinated development between them two goals.The empirical analysis shows that,on the whole,there is a significant correlation between Yanbian urbanization rate and non-agricultural industries,changes in the same direction are two;the urbanization rate of Yanbian and the second industrial output value proportion and employment proportion obvious relationship between the output of the second industry and the proportion of Yanbian urbanization rate of change in the opposite direction,and the proportion of employment in Yanbian the urbanization rate changes in the same direction;the urbanization rate of Yanbian and the third industrial output value proportion and employment proportion have significant correlation,they are showing the same direction changes.Compared with the second industry,the third industry of Yanbian has more stimulating effect on urbanization,so it can be seen that the coordination and interaction mechanism between Yanbian industrial structure and urbanization has not been fully developed at present.Finally,the main conclusions on the basis of theoretical and empirical research,combined with the actual situation of Yanbian,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the interactive development of Yanbian industrial structure evolution and urbanization development:one is to continuously adjust and optimize the industrial structure,promote the industrialization construction;two is to radiation area center city leading role gradually strengthened;three is to gradually improve the quality of urbanization development,actively promote the new urbanization;four is to further improve the level of opening up the city,focusing on the coordination of industrial structure and urbanization development,continue to consolidate the sustained growth of the third industry of urbanization.
