A Analysis On The Coordinated Development Of Urbanization And Economy Of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefectur

Urbanization is phenomenon of spatial agglomeration with the development of economy and society, the level of urbanization is correlative with the extent of economy in a country or region, the two affect each other. Urbanization is the internal driving force of economic development and economy stimulating the process of urbanization.with the level of urbanization increases, a more coordinated development of urbanization and economic development is reflected by the coordination of urbanization and the national economy, economic restructuring and development of tertiary industry .In order to promote urbanization and regional economy development of Yanbian, form the qualitative and quota angle ,on the correlated theories research foundation .The result indicated that,the urbanization and economy development course of Yanbian is nearly consistent with the trend of Jilin province and our country, the level of development is higher than Jilin Province and our country by far. The question is also very prominent, for example, the speed of development slows down, the space structure of cities system is unreasonable and the integrated function is not strong; Though the economic output increases unceasingly, but the speed slows down, accounts for the entire province proportion to drop; the economy development about county territory disparity is obvious and so on. Since 2000 ,the urbanization of Yanbian has been at the coordinated condition with the national economy and industrial organization. With general change pattern of urbanization and industrialization discovery that, The level of urbanization is higher than the industrialization advancement slightly; the industrialization foundation supports"empty"high urbanized level with difficulty and weakly; the industry is limited to absorbancy of the labor force and the urbanization. The tertiary industry development and the urbanized advancement relevance is strongest, is at tallies highly condition, particularly, the employed population's high growth of the tertiary industry has drawn the urbanized development. The increased speed of employed population is higher than the urbanized level the speed-up, we should pay attention to placement of surplus-labor from farm are absorpted by tertiary industry. The urbanization and economy development of each county in Yanbian has very big disparity, has formed the model two-pole characteristic. For example ,Yanji ,Tumen, Hunchun, the dispatchers of cooperation between urbanization and the economy development is very good. In Duihua, Longjing , Antu County and Wangqing County ,the urbanization with the national economy, with the industrial structure and the tertiary industry not to be uncoordinated, and needs further study.Finally , in order to promote the urbanization and regional economies coordinated development of Yanbian, the article propose several suggestions: Consolidate industry foundation, speeds up the technology advancement, optimize industrial structure, promotes the urbanized advancement reasonably; Promote structure of employment and industrial structure coordinated interaction; Development export-orient economy impetus urbanization vigorously; Strengthening regional key city and central area radiation lead role.
