Research On Agent Construction System Of Non-profit Government Investment Construction Projects In Hohhot

With the rapid development of China's economy,the traditional government construction projects can not meet the requirements of government projects,the government project management model needs to choose more efficient,lower cost management model.The purpose of this paper is to find out the development path suitable for the project construction of Hohhot city through the analysis of the model of agent construction system.This paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of the relevant situation in the implementation of the agent construction system in Hohhot and the case of the agent construction system in Hohhot City,and summarizes the meaning,type,connotation and theoretical basis of the agent system and the concrete model in Hohhot to sum up.Based on the analysis of the specific operation of the investment management model of Hohhot city,the problems and causes of the possible problems in the process of project implementation are deeply excavated,and the countermeasures of optimizing the model of the agency system in Hohhot are put forward in the light of the advanced experience of other regions in China.This paper puts forward the optimization suggestions of the agent system model from the point of view of the government and the agent construction unit.Which includes perfecting the laws and regulations and establishing the legal status of the model of "Agent Construction System".In the system of guaranteeing the effective implementation of the agent system model,it is suggested to improve the implementation rules of the construction mode and strengthen the evaluation system after the completion of the construction project.,It is recommended to clearly identify the rights and responsibilities of the agency,the establishment of the corresponding incentive mechanism.Through the improvement of legal protection,supporting the relevant system to improve the efficiency of internal management system,to better achieve the government of the project construction and socialization of professional management,and ultimately improve the management level of government projects to optimize government investment projects.
