Study On The Problems Of Domestic NGO Intervening In Rural Precision Poverty Alleviation

Since the reform and development,development-oriented poverty alleviation has achieved great success.However,the poverty problem in China is becoming increasingly complex.Poverty alleviation policy focusing on poverty alleviation areas can no longer adapt to the current environment.Precise poverty alleviation which focuses on the poor families and poor people comes into being,in which NGO plays a pivotal role.Through the field and literature research towards the Sichuan Social Work Station and Miao Xia Village,we know that the Miao Xia villagers traps into poverty due to old age,low level of education,economic backwardness,imperfect social security and poor culture.Sichuan social work station tries to help villagers out o f poverty through the community resource assessment,building up public space,improving the living environment of Yangjia Yard and the mutual help in Miao Xia Village.However,6 problems of different aspects occurs during the process,ie,strong administrative color,limited civil NGO organizational capacity,high mobility of front-line poverty alleviation workers workers,imperfect legal system,lack of funds and lack of credibility.Combined with the actual situation of Sichuan Social Work Station,which put forward targeted recommendations:improve the NGO internal mechanisms and external oversight mechanisms,reshape the credibility of institutions,introduce professional personnel improve profe-ssional salaries,improve institutional capacity,establish a good relationship with local villagers,remove administrative from NGO in precise poverty alleviation.
