In recent years,energy shortage and serious environmental pollution,these problems facing mankind is becoming a key factor restricting the sustainable development of human society.For building heating,to solve the problem is to keep the building in a comfortable environment at the same time,but also to reduce building energy consumption,thus make the atmospheric environment pollution be reduced.In this paper,the replacement of electricity as a green technology needs to be promoted.In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei rural areas,actively promoting the ground source heat pump,air-source heat pump,electric heat storage boilers and other energy alternatives in the field of air conditioning applications,can reduce SO2,NOx and particulate pollutants emissions and improve environmental pollution.It play an extremely important role on environmental,social development.This paper analyzes the technical and economic aspects of the four main electric power alternative pumps in the rural areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and finds out the problems and advantages in the application of energy substitution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area,and further promotes the substitution of electric energy.Its popularity have a very positive reference value.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the basic theory of electric energy substitution,including the concept of energy substitution,the strategic content of electric energy substitution and the necessity of implementing electric energy substitution.The static analysis method,dynamic analysis method,uncertainty analysis method and value engineering basic Theory,including technical and economic analysis of the basic theory to be introduced.Then,the paper introduces the main energy substitution modes in the rural areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and analyzes the problems of the four models of ground source heat pump,air source heat pump,electric heat storage boiler and electrothermal membrane.This paper constructs a technical and economic analysis model of energy substitution projects based on the difference of cash flow,including the sensitivity analysis method based on difference,the analysis index of economic energy substitution and the decision model of power alternatives based on value engineering.These technical and economic analysis models for the main power substitution in the rural areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei will provide the theoretical basis for the technical and economic analysis of the energy substitution demonstration projects in the rural areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Secondly,the technical and economic analysis of the main electric energy substitution modes in the rural areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was conducted.Mainly from the economic effect indicators and based on the difference from net present value of the sensitivity analysis to calculate the energy substitution model for the whole year the difference from the net area per annum value in order to facilitate the analysis and comparison between the energy alternative model,and considering the sewage treatment fee,this value is corrected.Finally,on the basis of existing problems and the technical and economic analysis of the electric energy substitution model in the rural areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the paper summarizes the existing problems in the implementation of energy substitution in rural areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.Promoting the substitution of electric energy in the Large-scale application of rural areas in Beijing-Tianjin.This study can not only promote the development of alternative energy,but also play an important role in mitigating the urban haze problem.It can also serve as a reference for the development of electric energy substitution in the whole country.
