In recent years,people's demand for electronic products has been increasingwith the development and progress of the society,which results in a gradually increasing of the waste electronic products.The recycling of waste electronic products has received much attention from our government and scholars both at home and abroa d due to their harmfulness to the environment.In China,common problems on t he recycling of waste household appliances are the imperfection of the legal supervision and the weakness of people's recycling consciousness,which leadto a low recovery rate and heavy pollution.Residents,being an import part in the waste electronic products recycling system,their delivery behavior has an important influence.With the wide application of the Internet,great changes also taken place in people' life style.In this paper,the author selects the influence factors of the people's delivery behavior in the context of the internet as the research theme.First,this paper made a prediction about the total amount of the waste electronic products abandoned by resi dents in Henan province.Basing on a large number of l iterature researches and combining with the residents' behaviorof buying household appliances and abandoning waste household appliances,the author made forecasts by using the buying and using model.The usage of this model requires the mastery the holding quantity and service life of the electronic products,and the service life is obtained from the existing documents and the Detailed Rules for the Safe Use of Household Appliances The holding quantity of electronic products of residents in Henan province is represented by the urban residents,and calculated by referring to the holding quantity of durable goods/per million families of the urban in the statistical yearbook and combining the total number of residents and the urbanization rate in Henan province.Through the buying and using model,the author found that the amount of waste household appliances in Henan province isrising year by year,which means that the residents and recycling enterprises should pay more attention to the recycling of waste electronic products and take part in it.Secondly,this papers explored the influence factors of Henan residents' delivery behavior basing on the existing researches and combing with the internet environment.By using the method of empirical analysis,the corresponding questionnaire has been made and issued in Henan Province.Through the SPSS17.0 software,the reliability and va lidity of the questionnaire have been verified.And then the author made component analysis on the 21 main factors and concludes that the four main factors that affect the delivery behavior of residents in the context of the Internet are behavior style,group effect,practical value and service value.Further regression analysis has be en made on the residents' delivery willingness under the background of Internet,the author found that the significant degree of these four influence factors are in this order:living style,residents' perception of service value,group effect and practical value.Then,by using variance analysis,the author explored the significant degree of the different population level's influence on these four factors,that is,gender has a great influence on resident's behavior style,education background has a great influence on the percept ion of service value,and family income affects the perception of practical value.Finally,basing on enough analysis,the author proposed the strategy of guiding the residents to deliver the waste electronic products to regular channels under the context of the internetfrom the three aspects of government,recycling enterprises and residents.
