Research On The Development Strategy And Operation Model Of Lianjia Real Estate Group

In recent years,the real estate brokerage industry in our country is also developing rapidly,with the real estate industry developing rapidly.And,the development of the real estate brokerage industry plays a positive role in promoting the relation between trade subjects and the currency of real estate,and animating the real estate market.However,the whole industry locates in the low level of development,owing to the start relatively late on the real estate brokerage in our country.In addition,the professional level for practitioners is also uneven,as so many operators are entering the industry due to the big profit margin.So,there are some problems with the rapid development of the real estate industry in our country.Therefore,some methods are utilized to solve the problems emerging in the real estate brokerage industry in our country from the angle of management and the development of industry,which is the important research topic of promoting the industry development,and is of great significance to promote the sound development of the industry.In this thesis,the Lianjia real estate group is considered as the research object.And,the method of case analysis is utilized to research the development strategy and operation mode of LianJia real estate group deeply,in order to provide a referential and available development pattern to the real estate industry,based on the analysis of the whole development of the real estate industry in our country.The main research contents of this thesis include several parts which are shown as follows:Firstly,standing on the real estate industry in our country,the feature,policy and trend of the whole development of the real estate industry in our country are analyzed from the theory aspect clearly,based on the conclusion and introduction of the development of the Lianjia real estate group;Then,the market segment,development vision and long-term development program are introduced and analyzed for the Lianjia real estate group which is considered as the research object,to explicit its development direction and primary service for the future development;Furthermore,the choice of development strategy for future,primary services and location and development target formulating for every service are settled and concluded,which are confirmed for the next three years to the Lianjia real estate group,to explicit the approach of improving the competition furthermore.At last,the new operation model is proposed for providing consistent consumption experiences to customers,in order to promote further the strategy implementation for the Lianjia real estate group,based on the description of the current state and the problem analysis of current operation model for the Lianjia real estate group.Thus,standing the Lianjia real estate group in this thesis,the referential operation model is provided for the development of the real estate industry in our country,to promote the sound development,from the aspects of development strategy and operation model of the real estate brokerage in our country.
