Research On Analysis And Improvement Of Transformation In WX Company Based On TPL Thought

Recently,the world economy is fallingdown and the fluctuation is big,then the import and export situation of our country is greatly disturbed,which directly affects the main business of transportation and storage in traditional logistics enterprises.For example,in the past 2015,the economic benefits of logistics enterprises were located in the "L" pattern of development,the growth rate dropped significantly and excess capacity occured.However,it is such a situation that makes the traditional logistics enterprises the determination to realize the transformation.Under the situation sof fierce competition and falling prices,how to explore a new developing route and a new direction to accord to the Chinese current logistics enterprises is the starting point of this thesis.For the traditional logistics industry,the third party logistics(TPL)is the new development trend.The third party logistics enterprises have advanced management technology and organization mode,and they focus on professional fine,comprehensive service,high management efficiency and low cost,turnover control etc.All of these are the new development direction of logistics enterprises.To this end,the Chinese traditional logistics enterprises must be refromed from the passive service of the traditional logistics to the third party logistics thought of active service in order to achieve the maximum of profits.Through rational integration of all kinds of social logistics resources,logistics services with high quality and high response can be provided.Based on the above problem background,this thesis analyzes the case of WX company,a traditional logistics enterprise in our country,and discusses the current situation and the difficulties faced by the traditional logistics enterprises.Through the application of the third party logistics management thought,we explore how the traditional logistics enterprises are transformed into the third party logistics enterprises.Firstly,the transformation policies from traditional logistics enterprises into the third party logistics enterprise are analyzed and the realization methods are discussed.Then,according to the WX company’s existing operation mode,the exsiting problems are deeply studied.Further,to the transformation strategies in WX company,the application of the SWOT analysis method to research the company’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats is firstly used and then,the specific strategies to redesign the operation mode of the company are put forward.Finally,based on AHP method,the prediction evaluation analysises on the performance of WX company are performed after the redesign of the operation modes.The study of this paper has a good reference for the transformation and development of traditional logistics enterprises in China.
