The Status Of Agricultural Development In Tangshan And Research On Improvement Strategy Under The Policies Of Agricultural Subsidies

At presnt,China is sill in a period that transformating from traditional agriculture to modern mode.The problems of agriculture and rural area have been the important influencing factor in the development of economy and the society.The government pay adequate attention to agricultural development and document about agriculture has been issued annually by the authorities since 2004.There are several clear demands for increasing agricultural subsidies progressively,constantly improving policies of agricultural subsidies,adjusting the way of agricultural subsidies and improving the efficiency of agricultural subsidies.To resolve various social problems related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,the authorities has arised a series of subsidy policy such as phase out agricultural tax,direct subsidies policy,agricultural machinery purchase subsidy and improved seed variety subsidy.With the implementation of agricultural subsidies policies,the agricultural has created a remarkable progress in the income of farmer and the yields of primary products.Meanwhile,the level of mechanization and industrialization of agriculture upgrade rapidly.But it is undeniable that there are some drawbacks in the specific process of implementation of these policies,so the expected result of agricultural subsidies has not been well achieved.Which also lead to a variety of problems.Additionally,agricultural subsidy policies have been involved within questions.Based on the above background,according to the research at home and abroad of agricultural subsidies and agricultural subsidies policies of the major developing countries,use the current situation of agricultural development under the agricultural subsidies policies in Tangshan as the breakthrough,by finding out and analyzing of the problems exposed in the development and reasons,this study put forward countermeasures and suggestions to resolve these problems.This study also provide a reference for completing the policies and improving the efficiency of agricultural subsidies,improving the level of income and living quality of farmers and promoting national economic and social development.
