City And County Real Estate Registration Research On The Construction Of Information Platform

With the continuous development of the information age,information construction level getting maturing,more and more approval works are being done on the information platform.At the same time,decentralized registration gradually show its drawbacks,the real estate registration rights departments can not do approval and coordination of office for different types of registration business,as well as providing a wide range of social services for the community.Objectively speaking,the construction of real estate registration information platform is imperative.Therefore,this paper takes Benxi City as an example,researches the information level and demand of the decentralized registration,analyzes the model of real estate registration information platform,to study the construction of real estate registration information platform of city and county integration.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Research decentralized registration information level.In the decentralized registration stage of Benxi City,the information level of decentralized registration is relatively weak,not forming a system or information platform,which is high level and could shared information online in real time.This paper should be in accordance with the "Regulations" on the information platform construction requirements,through the analysis of demand for land,housing and other business,as well as the data,to put forward the construction demand of the real estate registration information platform in Benxi City.(2)Based on the analysis of real estate registration information platform model of Chongqing,Ganzhou and Luzhou,and the actual demand of real estate registration information business of Benxi,this paper analyzes the existing data and advantages,as well as drawing on the mature experience of the relevant cities' real estate registration,to explore the unique model of real estate registration information platform of city and county integration in Benxi City boldly.Land departments should work in a solid way,and actively cooperate with the various departments to create the model of real estate registration information platform applied to the present state of Benxi City.(3)Based on the existing information construction foundation,close to the construction demand of real estate registration information platform of Benxi City,according to the hardware,software and network environment of the software running and other standards to construct.In addition,putting the information standards and security system as the guarantee,the business process as the main line,and the real estate registration e-government collaboration platform as the support,to construct the real estate registration information management platform.Based on the actual work of real estate registration,this paper puts forward the model of "city and county integration" of real estate registration information platform of Benxi City by investigating the existing real estate registration results of various departments,and drawing on the mature experience of other cities' real estate registration,concerning for promote the construction work of real estate registration information platform of Benxi City.
