| The development of strategic emerging industries is a breakthrough to promote regional economic development and enhance it's comprehensive competitive strength.With Hunan Province as a pilot area which for the national strategic emerging industry regional agglomeration development,the intelligent equipment industry cluster area in Changsha County is also listed as a national pilot area.Therefore,grasping the spatial layout characteristics and existing problems of strategic emerging industries scientifically in Changsha County and understanding the main factors affecting its spatial layout which are helpful to promote the development of strategic emerging industries in Changsha County,better and faster.First of all,this article defines the relevant concepts of strategic industries,emerging industries and strategic emerging industries,sorts out the theory of industrial space layout and innovation theory additional;Secondly,based on the comprehensive analysis of the industrial development of Changsha County in 2010-2015 and the development of strategic emerging industries to get the overall development of strategic emerging industries in Changsha County;Then,based on the nearest neighbor distance method and the nuclear density method in the spatial analysis method of ArcGIS,this paper compares the types of spatial layout and the degree of regional spatial agglomeration of the strategic emerging industries in Changsha County in 2010 and 2015.On this basis,the paper also analyzes the three factors that affect the spatial layout of strategic emerging industries:social factors,policy factors and ecological factors,and analyzes the quantitative analysis to build up an independent variable system which uses the Pearson correlation coefficient to analyzes the correlation between the number of strategic emerging enterprises and the influencing factors.The study shows that the spatial layout of the strategic emerging industries in Changsha County in 2010 and 2015 shows some problems which are the spatial layout is not balanced,the central city of high density;Central city drive radiation is not strong;Industrial area sets up many point while its scale small.In 2015,the spatial layout model of strategic emerging industries in Changsha County belongs to the cohesive layout model,the gathering area mainly shows the distribution of the city center as the core,focusing on the urban area within the high speed of the city;The spatial layout is divided into two levels;There is one nuclear density hot spot area,which is Changsha County;There are two sub-nuclear density hot spots,which are Huanghua town and Jiangbei town.Factors affecting the spatial layout of strategic emerging industries show that whether it is located in the city,whether it belongs to the suburbs,whether the district or county government seat,319 or 107 national road whether or not there is an industrial park,whether there are forest parks,scenic spots,nature reserves also showed a significant relationship,but a negative Significance,and whether there are highway exports and spatial layout is not significantly related.Based on the above conclusions,this paper takes the pattern of group development,puts forward the overall layout optimization plan of strategic emerging industry in Changsha County and constructs the Spatial Pattern of “One Garden and Ten Garden”.Finally,reference to other advanced areas of strategic emerging industry spatial layout experience and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the strategic development of new industries of Changsha County,which in order to achieve the rapid development of strategic emerging industries in Changsha County. |
