| With the support of national policies,strategic emerging industries have made vigorous development,and at that time the phenomenon of industrial structure convergence has gradually emerged.The convergence of industrial structure is an economic phenomenon which is common in the spatial distribution of industries.Moderate convergence is conducive to the development of benign competition and contribute to the innovation of science and technology,but excessive convergence will lead to redundant construction,low efficiency of resource allocation,and oversupply,which will seriously hinder the development of regional economic.There are obvious problems in the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries is structure convergence in southwestern China.Analyzing the convergence degree and convergence effect of strategic emerging industrial structure in Southwest China objectively and comprehensively,which is of great strategic significance for optimizing strategic emerging industrial structure and promoting the economic healthy develop in Southwest China.This paper aims to quantitatively analyze the convergence degree of strategic emerging industries by combining the development status in five provinces and cities and the industrial layout of various industries in Southwest China.First,measure the development level of each industry by location entropy in various provinces and cities;Secondly,according to the location entropy results,use the Moran index to measure there is spatial correlation between various industries or not in the southwest region;Thirdly,using the similarity coefficient of industrial structure to measure the degree of isomorphism of strategic emerging industries in various provinces and cities;Then,using game theory to make a consensus analysis of the con-vergence effect of strategic emerging industrial structure in Southwest China;Finally,reasonable countermeasures are given based on the convergence results.The results show that there is convergence in the selection and cultivation of strategic emerging industries in the southwest region,and the results of industrial structure similarity coefficient shows that the degree of convergence is gradually strengthened.The results of location entropy and Moran index shows that the energy conservation and environmental protection industry in Guangxi and the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Chongqing both have a high level of specialization and low level of convergence.And the high-end equipment manufacturing industry has positive spatial correlation through the remarkable test of the Moran Index,and gradually formed an industrial cluster with high-end equipment manufacturing,which take the Chongqing as the geographical core.The new generation of information technology industry has also passed the remarkable test of the Moran Index,and has formed an industrial agglomeration centered on Chongqing and Sichuan.Other industries are randomly distributed in spatial layout,which lead to the industrial structure more similar.Using game theory to analyze convergence effects,the convergence caused by the use of comparative advantage and industrial base to cultivate strategic emerging industries will have an agglomeration effect under the market mechanism,which is a desirable convergence;In the case of imperfect competition,the convergence caused by incomplete information factors,such as the government's profit-seeking behavior and insufficient understanding of its comparative advantage,that keep an equilibrium result.This convergence is an undesired convergence that have been caused loss of social welfare by the equilibrium result.Taken Game improving based on influencing factors,and establish a platform for information exchange,combine comparative advantages to develop strategic emerging industries with regional characteristics,rationalization of location division of labor,strengthen cooperation in regions,extend the industrial chain,optimize industrial layout,and promote regional economic development. |
