Research On Development Strategy Of Tangshan Caofeidian Timber Industrial Park

Timber is playing an increasingly important role in people’s life.Making a reasonable development strategy for Caofeidian Timber Industrial Park has a significant meaning,because it not only strengthens the leading role in regional timber industry,but also can optimize the overall layout of Tangshan,who is performing as the frontier in Beijing-tianjin-hebei coordinated development.The research purpose of this paper is to provide objective evidence for making relevant development strategies and to offer specific solutions for the existing problems,on the condition of analyzing competition environment,self characteristics,market surroundings,competitive situation,and market opportunities of Caofeidian Timber Industrial Park.According to the features of paper,the research technique of this paper is the combination of investigation and data analysis,theoretical analysis and modal analysis.This paper elaborates relevant theories of strategic management and industrial park,such as PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis,which provide a solid theoretical foundation for this subject study.In the first part,based on the analysis of the macro environment and internal resources environment,a comprehensive analysis of confronted problems is obtained to know more about the present strategic environment for timber industrial park.In addition,with the adoption of SWOT analysis,the superiority,weakness,opportunity and threat of the industrial park are well elaborated,which serve as the foundation to making an overall strategic target and planning in development of timber industrial park.Moreover,other development strategies are proposed,such as the differentiation,investment marketing,talent highland and soft environment.In the last part,five aspects are taken into consideration to put forward the implementation measures,they are optimizing industrial layout,reinforcing investment marketing,establishing talents reserve,improving the facilities and intensifying cultural construction of the industrial park.
