Study On The Spatial-temporal Difference And Coordinated Development Of Innovation Ability Of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration

At present,China's economy is in the new normal context of the important transition period.The city as an important carrier of contemporary economic and social development,decided that China's transformation must be linked with the transformation of urban development mode.Experiences at home and abroad show that the development of urban agglomerations can promote the development of cities within the urban agglomeration.The development of urban agglomerations must be changed from extensive to intensive,and the synergistic innovation of urban agglomerations is the manifestation of benign development in the new period.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance to study the innovation ability and cooperative development of urban agglomeration,but also has important practical value for the sustainable development of China's economy and society.At present,time of China's innovative city construction is shorter.The theory and method of urban innovation research are relatively mature in other countries.The research on urban innovation is relatively late in China.However,the empirical is becoming more and more abundant in recent years.The innovation research on urban agglomeration is also accelerating.But there are some shortcomings in these studies.From the research object point of view: most of the research on urban innovation use a single city or province as a research unit,while the study of urban agglomerations is less.From the research methods point of view,most of the research use qualitative analysis,principal component analysis,factor analysis and other research methods.But using entropy method and the degree of collaborative development is still rare.From the research depth point of view,most of the research is limited to the study of urban innovation capacity of temporal and spatial changes.Based on the theory and concept of urban innovation,this paper analyzed the present situation and influencing factors of urban innovation ability in Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration.Then this paper constructed the evaluation index system of urban innovation ability of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration by using the entropy method,Gini coefficient,Wolfson index,collaborative development degree and other analytical methods.At last,this paper calculated the urban innovationcapacity and cooperative development degree of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration in 2004,2009 and 2014.According to the calculation results this paper got the following conclusions.From the time point of view,the level of Qingdao' urban innovation has always been the highest,followed by Jinan and Yantai,Rizhao City was the last one.From a spatial point of view,Qingdao and Jinan were two core areas in2004,then Qingdao,Jinan,Yantai and Weifang were multiple core areas in 2014.From the difference point of view,The regional differences in the urban innovation capacity of eight cities are declining,and the two-stage differentiation of urban agglomeration showed a tendency to decrease first and then increase.From the collaborative development point of view,the development of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration is getting better and better.Combined with the analysis results,this paper gives the ascending path of innovative development from the whole and individual aspects.The details are as follows:The first chapter of this study mainly introduces the research background and research significance,and this paper reviews the status quo at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly introduces the concept and theoretical basis related to this research.n the third chapter,this paper makes a brief analysis on the development of innovation ability of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration.In chapter four,this paper defines the index system of innovation ability of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration and selects the evaluation method.In the fifth chapter,this paper makes a study on the innovation ability of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration,and analyzes its spatial and temporal differences.n the sixth chapter,this paper analyzes the synergistic development of innovation ability of Shandong Peninsula city group.In this process,the study established the evaluation index and evaluation criteria,and selected the appropriate evaluation method.In the seventh chapter,this paper puts forward the methods and measures to adapt to the problems in the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration.In the eighth chapter,this paper concludes the conclusion,then it expounds the shortcomings and prospects of the research.
