Research On The Spatial Distribution Of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration

Along with the global economic integration developing and the urbanizing accelerate, competition between the regions is more and more intense, the region internal cooperation are also on the increase. The city as spatial carrier, the core and the miniature of regional economic play an important role in social and the economic development, the cities in the same region contact more closely. With the regional economic development, the urban agglomeration was also known gradually by people. The research on urban agglomeration needs to take all cities as a whole, coordinates their relations, and realizes the common sustainable development. The Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration is one of the six bigger urban agglomeration in domestic, also is one of coastal cities in eastern development crowded areas, to research Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration structure characteristic, not only is the need of practice in the Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration development, but also to explore theory and practice in the urban agglomeration planning.On the basic of summarizing, researching and analysis in the city system, this thesis used the GIS data processing and the spatial analysis, has studied the city interdependence space layout in Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration in several aspects, discussed the mentality and the method on constructing the city model, for promoting the city system theory construction, only makes the vertical stroke in strength the urban planning and the management application in developing the geographic information system.The main research content of this thesis including following several points:(1) It analyzed the research progress in city system and the urban agglomeration at home and abroad, and has conducted the research on present situation and the question of the Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration. (2) It has studied the construction principle in the city synthesis strength evaluating indicator system, and constructed 23 indicators to carry on the appraisal and sorting to the 44 cities of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration.(3) It has studied the fractal model of city scale distribution, and selected the data in 2006 to conduct the research in the distribution fractal pattern of the urban agglomeration city system of the Shandong Peninsula.(4) According to the urban agglomeration intensity value, it has separately used the Ordinary Voronoi diagram, the weighted-Voronoi diagram and the Weighted-Voronoi diagram based on expanded breaking point theory and based on expanded the point of fracture to carry on the division to the Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration space influence scope, and analyzed the Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration city system spatial structure characteristic.(5) Based on the spatial structure research of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration, according to the question and the insufficiency in developing of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration r at present, we propose the next development strategies and the tentative plan: Insist the scientific development concept and take the sustainable development path, process the relations of "two centers", develop the county level city, construct the Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration into exudes the Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration.
