Research On The Layout Of Mining Productivity Cooperation Among The Economic Corridor Of China,Mongolia And Russia

Mongolia and Russia economic corridor is Chinese "The Belt and Road major initiative with Russia,the Eurasian Economic Union,Mongolia's prairie road initiative for docking,to further strengthen the three trilateral cooperation.The construction of the two channels in China,Mongolia and Russia economic corridor runs through the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the revitalization of the northeast,the development of the Russian Far East and the East Siberia and the strategy of developing the country by Mongolia.The study of the comprehensive layout of the mining,smelting and processing and infrastructure construction is an important grasp of the implementation of the Sino Mongolia and Russia economic corridor,which is of great significance to the common development of China,Mongolia and Russia.The mineral resources found in the study area are relatively abundant,and the reserves of various mineral resources rank the highest in the world.The two countries are important energy suppliers.Russia is mainly oil and natural gas.Mongolia has high commercial value of coal and great potential for oil and uranium prospecting.Nonferrous Metals and non-metallic minerals have large reserves,high grade and good prospects for cooperation.On the basis of analyzing the historical consumption data of mineral resources,this paper forecasts the supply and demand situation of future energy mineral resources and copper and gold in China,Mongolia and Russia by using the evolution law of "wild goose type" and "S".It is expected that in the next 20 years,the demand gap of China's oil,natural gas and uranium will be further increased,the degree of dependence on foreign countries is increasing year by year;the consumption of coal will show a decreasing trend;the demand of copper will reach the peak of demand in the next 5 years,about 13 million T,and begins to decline;the demand for gold keeps rising.Four categories,11 indexes,such as mining investment environment,resource endowment,resource market demand and geo strategic significance,are selected to evaluate the capacity cooperation of investment destination countries.By grading the index,we use the eigenvalue analysis method to optimize the mining investment environment and production capacity cooperation.Russia and Mongolia are a good investment in the country of destination,"The Belt and Road" 64 China mining investment rankings in 37 and fourth,the investment environment is good.But there are some risks in the actual investment activities.It is suggested that we should fully understand the relevant policies,regulations and possible problems,and avoid investment risks.According to the supply and demand trend of mineral resources in China,Mongolia and Russia,as well as the mineral resources endowment and development activities along the economic corridor belt,2 optimal areas for oil and gas exploration and development cooperation,1 coal and coal and electricity comprehensive zones and 7 optimization areas for solid mineral exploration and development are selected in the study area,including 4 copper mines and 3 gold mines.1 infrastructure investment optimization zones and 3 Mining comprehensive park optimization zones.The comprehensive utilization of direct export and local conversion of energy mineral resources will be the form of energy development in the future.It is suggested that Chinese enterprises carry out detailed investigation and technical and economic analysis of investment cooperation standards,carry out cooperation in resource mining and smelting with controlling/participating mine exploration rights,mines and smelters,and build and operate power plants,railways and highways in the BOT mode to carry out the cooperation in infrastructure construction.
