| Culture management,performance management is nearly 30 years,two hotspots in the field of enterprise management.Corporate culture is closely related to the management and performance management,culture management model of enterprise culture can promote the improvement of enterprise performance management,performance management and reaction in the corporate culture.The relationship between culture and performance management for enterprise performance management system should be and the integration of cultural management.Especially in the cross-cultural enterprises,multicultural contradiction and conflict between,how to into the cultural elements in the performance management system,implementation and fusion of culture,is a cross-cultural enterprise need to solve a problem.Traditional performance appraisal system is very difficult to blend in cultural elements,and the balanced scorecard breakthrough the limitation of the traditional financial performance evaluation indicators,cultural elements can be blended in among them,therefore,in this paper,we study the cross-cultural enterprises,how to pass the application of balanced scorecard implementation of cross-cultural management and the combination of performance management,service to finally realize enterprise strategic target.This article first analyzes the performance management,the balanced scorecard,and the relationship among cross-cultural management,build a cross-cultural enterprise based on the balanced scorecard performance management system,and through the joint venture-long rui company case analyses the concrete implementation method,and the application of the balanced scorecard in cross-cultural business advice.The application of balanced scorecard in cross-cultural enterprise,the combination of cultural management and performance management,help shape the good enterprise culture,solve the cross-cultural conflicts and contradictions,and conducive to the improvement of enterprise performance management,enterprise strategic objectives. |
