As the number of multinational enterprises is increasing rapidly in China, Enterprises are facing increasingly obvious cross-cultural management issues in the course of business.How to manage cross-enterprise culture in the transnational business has become an important factor in the success of multinational operations. Performance management is improving operational efficiency and the internal management of the important means.Therefore,the study of cross-cultural management of enterprise performance management is of great significance. As the performance plan is the starting point for performance management, it is also the basis of the whole process;performance appraisal is important and difficult in performance management,so this article focuses on performance plan and performance evaluation two aspects.Article fully absorbs and draws existing research results.It constructs the cross-cultural management business as the key performance indicator system. Indicator system is divided into four levels,cross-cultural management is the key performance indicators of the first enterprise-level indicators;the second level,including 5 secondary indicators cross-cultural,and learning,operational efficiency, customer satisfaction,financial gain;the third level includes 10 three indicators,cross-cultural indicators,including cross-cultural conflict,the two indicators of intercultural adaptation,innovation indicators,including product updates,ability to learn, education,ability to learn, operational efficiency indicators include an indicator of operating efficiency, customer satisfaction indicator include customer satisfaction,customer loyalty, financial income dimensions including profitability, operational capacity, solvency, The fourth level,including 27 four indicators.Key performance indicator system makes the study of transnational business enterprise performance management is much more perfect.Performance appraisal is the focus of the implementation of performance management,it makes the results qualitative,but also quantitative analysis.In this paper, AHP and fuzzy evaluation method and the establishment of a cross-cultural management business performance evaluation model,and to China's transnational business model X to run business.First,the built-level indicators and secondary indicators to judge matrix,obtained cross-cultural indicators,and learning indicators,operating efficiency indicators,customer satisfaction indicators and indicators of financial returns relative to the cross-cultural management enterprise performance weight.Then,according to the same three indicators are derived,and four indicators of the comparison matrix,the weights obtained.Secondly, the corresponding weight vector, according to the questionnaire results,obtained using the weighted average score of the corresponding index.It makes the evaluation results and X cross-cultural business environment for enterprises in the actual performance under the management were compared.Finally, the author proposes the implementation of cross-cultural transnational business enterprise performance management strategy and advice.
