Since China entered WTO, more and more foreign companies have been attracted to invest in China because of its huge local market and low cost of doing business, and global economy's integration has been fastened greatly. Accordingly, management problems of multi-national companies are gradually discovered. With different cultural background and sense of value, people always do things in their own way. Inevitably, it must bring culture friction and culture conflict. Therefore, cross-cultural management is coming to the important task for multi-national companies to carry on.An understanding of culture is important to operate cross-culture management in that culture is at various levels. Therefore, different strategies are required to be formulated involving facing differences, cross-culture training, and building synergic corporate culture etc.This research is based on cross-cultural management, through the case of GD Medical Company which I had worked for, to identify the effect of cultural conflict in company's operation and management. Furthermore, to find out the way to solve the problem and make the strategy of cross-cultural management. At the mean time, use the advantage of different cultures and build a suitable model of cross-cultural management, and to improve the competitive capability finally.
