Study On The Marketization Of Rural Land Contract Management Right In Jianghan Plain

Conceptually,the circulation of land contracting rights is the process of constructing a trading place that allows farmers to pay the land contractual management right,and the objective existence of a large number of rural land circulation is specification requirements of urgent need.How to build a perfect land contract management rights transfer market,and thus promote China's rural land management scale,speed up the realization of agricultural modernization and promote the transfer of agricultural labor force,break the urban and rural dual structure has important strategic significance.Taking as the research area of Jianghan plain,the integrated use of literature research,questionnaire survey method and model analysis and theory analysis to the contracted management of rural land circulation market study,application of binary Logistic regression model and multiple linear regression model from the right to the contracted management of rural land circulation market subject,object,price and service of form a complete set of four dimensions of circulation market present situation analysis or influence factors analysis,and then to the contracted management of rural land circulation market mechanism to build and design,the following conclusions:(1)As of the beginning of 2015,farmers' land circulation will overall level low,flow out to17.99% of farmers land,into the land to 25.17% of farmers,to intend to influence factors of peasant household land mobility analysis,the following conclusions: one from the influence of the will of farmers land outflow Angle analysis,land revenue function,the proportion of migrant labor and arable land to farmers land outflow will have a significant effect.Farmland income function and cultivated land area and land outflow are negatively related to,proportion of migrant labor and land outflow intention have significant positive correlation;From the influence of the will of farmers land into perspective,the head of the household culture level,understanding of farmland policy,whether to have ability to farming,agricultural income inflows will positively correlated relationship between function and land,cultivated land quality and village collective economy with inflows are negatively related to land.(2)In Jianghan plain region to the contracted management of rural land circulation price influence factors are analyzed,the following conclusions: farmland income function and quality of cultivated land,difficulty degree of mechanization of farming,the circulation time,farmland blocks,village formed six variables to the contracted management of rural land circulation price impact is significant,among them,the farmland income function,cultivated land quality and difficulty degree of mechanization of farming and the right to the contracted management of landcirculation price were positively correlated,the relationship between the flow length,blocks of land and the village formed and the right to the contracted management of land circulation price negative correlation relationship.(3)Through contractual operation right Jianghan Plain land transfer market mechanisms to build and run the design that building land contract and management right transfer market is to regulate the transfer of agricultural land acts,the development of modern agriculture,the only way to stimulate the transfer of agricultural labor force.And this is in line with China's policies and regulations on the basic concept of rural land system reform.Then,the paper puts forward a set of practical preliminary system from four aspects: the main body,the object,the price system and the market supporting service of the land contracting right of the land contracting right respectively.
