Study On The Adjustment Of Industrial Structure In Henan Province Under The "New Normal" Economy

Based on the data of Henan Statistical Yearbook and China Statistical Yearbook since the reform and opening up,this paper studies on the adjustment of industrial structure in Henan Province under the new normal economy.On the basis of analyzing the “Keqiang Index” of Henan Province and China,the fixed assets investment growth index,it is found that the economic development of Henan Province under the "New Normal" is characterized by the fact that economic growth is still likely to maintain the growth rate of more than 8%;the way of economic growth in Henan Province will be changed;the industrial structure adjustment will further boost economic growth.In the specific research,we first use a series of indicators to measure the status of industrial structure and the evolution of industrial structure,calculate and analyze the industrial structure entropy of Henan Province,the industrial industry structure deviation degree and deviation coefficient,comparative labor productivity,pointed out the deficiency of output value and employment coordination,industry isomorphism serious problem,the unbalanced development of industrial structure and other issues.Secondly,we use the Shift-share analysis method to evaluate the effect of the three industries in different stages of Henan Province and the structural adjustment of various departments within the industry since the reform and opening-up.The analysis results show that under the economic "New Normal",the main problem faced by the primary industry in Henan Province is the low level of agricultural modernization,lack of competitiveness,and the internal structure is irrational.The main problem facing the secondary industry is the serious problem of industrial overcapacity and low industrial structure.The main problems facing the tertiary industry are the large proportion of the traditional service industry and the slow development of modern service industry.Finally,according to the industrial structure in Henan Province and the existing problems in the three industries,it puts forward to some suggestions to promote the adjustment of output value and employment structure in Henan Province,promote the coordinated development of the three industries,optimize the internal structure of agriculture,develop modern agriculture,and it's also help to resolve excess capacity,enhance the internal structure level,promote the adjustment of industrial structure,development of modern service industry in Henan Province under the condition of “New Normal”.
