Study On The Development Of Modern Urban Agriculture In Shuangyang District Of Changchun City

Changchun City has the objective requirements,basic conditions and obvious advantages of developing urban agriculture.To adapt to the development trend of modern agriculture,the development of urban agriculture can not only provide urban residents with fresh,high quality agricultural products and beautiful ecological environment,while helping to break the existing urban and rural dual economic structure,to achieve urban and rural economic integration and common prosperity,To play the technical demonstration and radiation effect of urban agriculture,it is of strategic significance to Changchun agricultural modernization construction.Stict of Shuangyang of Changchun was used as a study area in this paper to acquire the way of development planning of urban agriculture based on the relevant theories such as compartment of agricultural resources,the theories on agricultural regional development of economy,ecology and so on.This paper is divided into eight chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,the second chapter introduces the modern urban agriculture related concepts and application theory.The third chapter introduces the development of urban agriculture in Shuangyang area of Changchun City.Chapter 4 introduces the opportunities and challenges of developing modern urban agriculture.The fifth chapter introduces the general idea of the development of modern urban agriculture in Shuangyang District,Changchun City.The sixth chapter introduces the layout of the development of modern urban agriculture industry in Shuangyang District,Changchun City.Chapter 7summarizes and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of urban agriculture in Shuangyang District,Changchun City.Chapter 8 is the conclusionThe study has shown that administrative measures is necessary to develop urban agriculture:(1)Formulate and improve the policy supporting system to guide and promote the healthy development of modern urban agriculture;(2)Constructing the science and technology support system and increasing the content of science and technology in modern urban agriculture;(3)Investing more funds and promoting the modern urban agriculture development actively;(4)Establishing and improving a fairmarket system;(5)Speeding up the construction of information service network system;(6)Strengthening the construction of produce quality safety supervision system.
