Research On Risk Management Of EPC General Contracting Project Of N Company

Recent years,management mode of EPC general contracting project has become one of the main modes for construction project.Since this kind of project has no blueprint for guiding the construction during the tenders of the home owner,so the EPC general contractors need to deepen the drawings and to finish the Cross construction operations at a limited time,which cause this project has many risks.This paper based on the theory of risk management and takes an analysis by collecting the information of a large number of practical projects.It develops a preliminary risk control plan by tabulation method and by analyzing the identified potential high risk points to take corresponding measures,by which to control the potential risks.First of all,this paper focus on the INV project of N company,which is a chemical Design Institute with first grade general contract qualification,to analysis the risk management of the construction project.Then during the analysis of the specific project,this paper analyzed the characters of the chemical companies under the management mode of EPC general contracting project.By taking a concise and practical management method to identify the risks existed in the decision stage,execution stage,and the acceptance stage and then makes the quantitative analysis for the specialist from different fields.At last,this paper makes an effective risk control measures based on the resources of N company and the characters of the INV project.The risk management and control strategy of the EPC general contracting project analyzed in this paper provides reference to the risk identification,risk control and risk monitor of the EPC general contracting project for those small and middle scaled design institutes.
