Explore Development Strategy Of Shanghai Hi-tech Zone Under Global Innovation Center Strategy

In 2015 Shanghai strategically put forward setting up science and technology innovation centers of global influence as the target,make great efforts to build up shanghai to be an comprehensive&open technology innovation center,is of high-level of Hi-Tech technology enterprises clustering,to have more creative and innovative achievements,to own perfect service system and advanced basic infrastructure for technology innovation.According to the guidance of construction of Shanghai science and technology innovation center issued by Shanghai municipal government,each industrial zone will be the important carrier for shanghai to establish technology innovation center,especially the major Hi-Tech industrial zone.Shanghai zizhu Hi-Tech zone is the only national zone in private enterprise as the main body,joint by government and university.In 2015,Shanghai zizhu Hi-tech zone listed 18th in the national ranking of 115 state-level Hi-Tech zone evaluation judged by Ministry of Science and Technology.Under the background of construction of global science and technology innovation center in Shanghai,this thesis taking Shanghai zizhu Hi-Tech zone as an example,guided by the strategic management theory,using a variety of methods such as STEP analysis method,SWOT analysis,and comparative analysis,and AHP,to analyze and study Shanghai zizhu Hi-Tech zone development strategy,finally to propose future key strategic development goals and implementation ways for Shanghai zizhu Hi-Tech zone.
