Ninety percent of jobs in retail stores are intensive and low-technique.Their employees are not required well education and professional skills.It leads the characteristics of low quality of overall employees.Although employees are not required high-quality,the workload and wok time are heavy and long.The cargo handling capacity and the amounts of customers in supermarkets are high among retail industries.Employees are required to be able to overcome hardships,heavy workload under high working pressure.The purpose of this study is to discuss different factors which decide the working satisfaction by aiming at the employees who work in supermarkets and retail stores and the influences on the factors.Before the department stores were introduced in to China,the limits of retail industries,the changes and improvements later on,and the positive impacts of satisfaction of employees.By analyzing the backgrounds and meaning of the subject and discussing the success and changes to understand the satisfaction among employees in Fenqi department and find out new ways of retail and mange models which are accepted by major consumers and the actions to face the financial crisis by interviewing and giving survey to them as well as taking some adjustments or giving awards to improve satisfaction and analyze the reasons through prices,salaries,length of work,social connections to find out the negative impacts.Besides,by researching and analyzing the theories and facts and using scientific evidences to make conclusions that the purpose of analyzing the satisfaction is to enhance the sense of responsibility and it also becomes an sign of company management.In addition,the satisfactions of employees are one of the most important basic and conditions of HR apartment.The satisfactions are also helpful for improving the effect of managements in companies.Finally,it is necessary to find out how to establish a guarantee or improve the satisfaction of the management system in order to achieve some references and advices from supermarket management as well as be looking forward to improving customer satisfaction.
