Innovation is the driving force of enterprise growth.The cornerstone of innovation is the process of knowledge and organization learning as the process of acquiring knowledge,using knowledge and creating knowledge.It is the driving force of enterprise innovation and the only way for enterprises to realize change and innovation.In the era of information economy,enterprises should continue to learn to increase the amount of knowledge reserves,enhance their knowledge processing capacity,so as to promote innovation and gain a competitive advantage.How to improve the organizational learning ability of enterprises has become the key to improve the performance of enterprises.Business incubators in most enterprises are start-ups,their small size,technology,capital and other resources are scarce,compared to the general business,its demand for innovative resources more urgent.Resources are the constituent elements of social capital,a considerable number of studies show that social capital is a key factor affecting business performance.Many companies are trying to build their own social capital,and how social capital and how to influence innovation performance are gradually being paid attention to by scholars.This paper examines the current situation of social capital and organizational learning in China's incubation enterprises,explores the impact of social capital and organizational learning in incubation enterprises,and how innovative performance of enterprises,combined with the environment in which incubators are located,and explores organizational learning.It is not only the problem that needs to be solved in the process of incubation business,but also the theoretical basis of the enterprise to develop the management strategy.Its conclusion has the theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,through the social capital,organizational learning,innovation performance related literature combing and make a comprehensive analysis of the relevant research,based on this proposed conceptual model and put forward the relevant research hypothesis.In this paper,the social capital of hatching enterprises is divided into three dimensions: structural dimension,relationship dimension and cognitive dimension according to the classical dimension of social capital.The enterprise divides the enterprise innovation performance into two dimensions: technological innovation performance and management innovation performance.An intervening variable,and the addition of environmental dynamics as a regulatory variable to analyze the relationship between variables.The results show that:(1)Structural dimensions and cognitive dimensions have significant effects on the performance of enterprise technology and management innovation,and the relationship dimension has no significant effect on the performance of enterprise technology and management innovation.(2)Organizational learning has a significant positive impact on technological innovation performance and management innovation performance.(3)The social capital structure dimension and cognitive dimension of incubation enterprises have a significant positive effect on organizational learning.The hypothesis of organizational dimension on organizational learning has not been verified.(4)Organizational learning plays a mediating role in the social capital and technological innovation performance and management innovation performance of incubation enterprises.(5)environmental dynamics in the organizational learning and technological innovation performance and management of innovation between the positive relationship between the role of regulation.
