Hotel industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the hotel has become extremely difficult to survive, and gradually improve the performance of the hotel has received much attention. To explore the relationship among social capital, organizational learning and hotel performance, clarify the mechanism, propose the corresponding management suggestions and measures, can better guide the practice of hotel performance improvement. After the Overview of the existing literature, social capital, organizational learning and hotel performance relationship has been paid much attention. Constructing the path model among social capital, organizational learning and hotel performance, using the questionnaire to investigate the hotel managers, using spss20.0 and amos20.0 to analyze data recycled, verifying the defaulted, this paper draws relevant conclusions and comparing with the existing research results and discussion.The results show that the concrete dimension of social capital is the structural dimension, relational dimension and cognitive dimension. Second, social capital has a positive effect on organizational learning, especially for the exploration of the organization. Third, organizational learning has a direct positive effect on hotel performance. Fourth, the mechanism of social capital on hotel performance is mainly through the mediating role of organizational learning, and the main path is social capital structure dimension to organization exploratory learning to organization exploiting learning to short-term performance and long-term performance. In the end, this paper puts forward the suggestion of hotel management, to cultivate social capital, to make full use of social capital, and to pay attention to the organization learning. |
