Tourism belongs to the third industry,which has become a hot topic in recent years due to its low consumption of resources,increasing employment opportunities and comprehensive benefits.Zhejiang City,Zhoushan province is the only one of the sea islands new area,the environment is good,unique scenery.With the rapid development of the national economy,as well as the establishment of the New District of Zhoushan,the opening of the cross sea bridge and other favorable factors,the tourism industry in Zhoushan showed a ladder type growth.With the continuous development of the tourism industry,people also put forward higher demand for the pension industry.Zhoushan pension industry has the important advantage but richly endowed by nature,there are still many problems to be solved,such as how to development,combined with Zhoushan local resources to carry out the overall development,in the development process of how effective and sustainable development and other issues.Based on the empirical investigation of Zhoushan B & B type,the existing region of Zhoushan can be divided into new premises renovation houses rebuilding B,B & B,B & B,features renovation site selection of the new special B & B.Through the investigation into the development status of Zhoushan,and the domestic and foreign research literature analysis,with geographical advantages,Zhoushan,traffic advantage,development of ocean island natural resources,marine culture advantage,policy advantage;but there is a lack of characteristic cultural support,self positioning and market positioning,wavering,uneven and the lack of a unified brand owners' quality and publicity advantage,the Yangtze River Delta region competition and local boutique B & B B & B low-level competition development.By drawing on the Taiwan B & B,Japan pension development experience,in-depth analysis of the Zhoushan marine cultural beliefs,Zhoushan marine fishery Zhoushan marine culture,folk culture and art culture of Zhoushan Zhoushan ocean marine culture,proposed to build the characteristics of Zhoushan marine culture,development strategy.Put forward ideas for the construction of marine culture from the hostel concept,highlighting the focus of development,reconstruction and strengthening the upgrading of products in three aspects,to build a marine special "marine music" brand.At the same time,through thestrengthening of government support,focusing on specific measures of planning and design,innovative development model,build brand characteristics,etc.,to dig deeper local characteristics,further development of high-end market,to achieve the sustainable development of Zhoushan hostel.
