Since the reform and opening up,China has made great achievements in urbanization,education and economy.However,compared with the developed countries,China is still weak in urban construction,education and economy.With the reform,China has also made many drawbacks in the process of urbanization,education and economic development.First,regional development is uneven.China's eastern region is in the leading position in urbanization,education and economy,and its advantages are obvious compared to the central and western regions.Secondly,the development is uncoordinated.China's economic development in the speed has been among the forefront of the world,but China's urbanization and education development progress is also significantly lagging behind the economic development.Therefore,how to promote China's urbanization,education and economic balanced development has become a major challenge in China,which also makes the study of China's urbanization,education and economic interaction has a certain theoretical and practical significance.Based on the theory of econometrics and hypothesis test,this paper expounds and discusses the development,principle and estimation method of panel data vector autoregressive model(PVAR model),and on the basis of urbanization,education and economy as Research object,using literature research,model and empirical analysis as the research method,using 31 provinces and cities and autonomous regions of China from 2004 to 2015 panel data focus on China's urbanization,education and economic interaction between the three.The article is divided into six large chapters to analyze: Chapter 1 introduction,put forward the research background,research purpose and significance,the main research content and framework,put forward theoretical support for the later research,do a holistic framework for the full text of the study t,making the following research more clear and reasonable.The second chapter mainly summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on therelationship between urbanization,education and economy,and then makes a comprehensive review of the current research,and points out the limitations and shortcomings of the current research.The third chapter uses the Cobb-Douglas production function as the theoretical model,divides the education into the labor factor,the urbanization into the capital element,takes the economy as the output,analyzes the possible theoretical relations between urbanization,education and economy,from the theoretical point of view,emphasizes the relationship between the three,and provides the theoretical basis for the empirical research part;Chapter 4 with the relevant data and historical data on China's urbanization process,education Development status and economic development of the situation,and the urbanization,education,economic status of China's descriptive statistical analysis.According to the results of the statistical analysis,this paper expounds the development trend of China in urbanization,education and economy,and analyzes the differences and shortcomings of urbanization,education and economy in China.Chapter 5 discusses the PVAR model in depth,explains the development process of PVAR model and its related basic theoretical knowledge,then collects the panel data of provinces and cities in our country to establish the model,make an empirical analysis of the interrelationship between urbanization,education and economy.Chapter 6 draws the main conclusions of the subject according to the empirical analysis of the previous article,and then puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions according to the model results and the actual development situation in our country.Finally,the paper points out the shortcomings and limitations of this paper,and gives the follow-up research suggestions.Through empirical analysis we can conclude that first of all,the overall economic development can lead to urbanization and education development,but the degree of urbanization and education affected by the economy there are obvious regional differences,the impact of the economy on urbanization and education in the eastern regions is significantly higher than that in the central and western regions.Secondly,there is an interaction between urbanization,education and the economy,but these interactions are not reciprocal but different.Finally,there is a latency to play a role between urbanization,education and economy.Especially the role of education in promoting the economy and the promotion of urbanization is difficult to show in the short term.
