December 4,2013,the Ministry of industry and information technology officially released to the three operators TD-LTE 4G license,announced that China's communications industry into the 4G era.February 27,2015,China Unicom,the China Telecom received the FDD-LTE network standard 4G business license,declared the official arrival of the era of China's high-speed network.The telecommunications industry has entered a period of whole business competition,mobile telecom,China Unicom a situation of tripartite confrontation.At present how to quickly and effectively improve the Heilongjiang Telecom 4G traffic growth,the value of training users to use the flow and enhance the flow of traffic,has a very important significance.In this paper,first of all,the relevant concepts involved in the paper,marketing status and problems were analyzed,to find the current Heilongjiang Telecom 4G traffic marketing problems.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the external and internal environment of Heilongjiang Telecom 4G traffic marketing is analyzed.Use SWOT analysis to summarize the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of 4G traffic marketing,and finally put forward the specific strategies of Heilongjiang Telecom 4G traffic marketing optimization.
