China's sustained economic growth provides a lasting impetus for the rapid development of the automotive market,contributes to the upgrading of auto consumption,and directly promotes the rapid development for B-class car market.However,the fierce competition presents an overall downward trend in prices for B-class car,and the price decline of joint venture brand brings an unfavorable situation to the development of self-owned brand.The living space for autonomous vehicle enterprises is further squeezed.Under the pressure,only reducing cost and packing equipments is useless in essence for autonomous vehicle enterprises.The only right way for autonomous vehicle enterprises is to improve the competitiveness of their products,and it is the only way for long-term healthy development of autonomous enterprises.However,it is needed to use scientific methods to better translate user's needs obtaining from the market into technical language.Commercialization index system,serving as a bridge between consumer demand and technical solutions,is a tool to transform market language into technical language.The fundamental purpose is binding on all regions and brands,promoting market and technology to work closely together to reach an agreement.The implementation of commercialization index system lies in two aspects,one isthe judgment of competition and data collection,which belongs to supporting analysis,and the other is specific goal setting,which reflects the core competence of an enterprise.Only when the target is accurate,can the product be developed.The three core tools of making commercialization index system are customer voice,competitive analysis and QFD(Quality Function Deployment).QFD is a kind of quality engineering tool,which can be used to analyze the demands of customers on the basis of multi-level analysis and transform into design requirements of the products,characteristics of the parts,the process requirements and the production requirements.In the process of the development of automobile products,feature directory will greatly improve the accuracy of product development,andit plays a positive role in promoting the breakthrough and innovation of self-owned brand.This article describes the theory of commercialization index system through the analysis of a certain brand of B-class car in detail,and describes the origin and concept of the commercialization index system as well as thecomposition and formulation steps systematically.Through the research of the characteristics and operating process of VOC research methods,the evaluation of competitor cars and the process description of QFD(Quality Function Deployment),this article discusses the difficult problem of how to transform the market language into engineering language.Commercialization index system enables companies to develop products to more accurately meet the user's needs.At the same time,a unified evaluation system of various departments is formed and it provides a more perfect solution for the carmaker to enhance the competitiveness of products and reduce the development cycle.
