After the financial crisis in 2008,all walks of life were subject to varying degrees of shock,the global economy has been in an unstable state,the growth of weak period,facing the transformation or industrial upgrading,especially in manufacturing.In recent years,the global economy has rapidly entered the era of information and intelligentization.In order to revitalize the manufacturing industry,various measures and plans have been adopted,such as "Industrial 4.0" in Germany,"Intelligent Manufacturing" in Japan and "Made in China 2025",In view of this,countries strive to use Internet technology,Internet of things technology,large data technology and related intelligent equipment such as the spatial layout and planning,in a new round of global economic restructuring to obtain manufacturing international core competitiveness.China in the 13 th Five-Year Plan clearly put forward the "2025 China" economic strategy,with the help of the Internet,Internet of Things and related infrastructure layout advantages,relying on large data technology,intelligent technology and equipment,and strive to change our manufacturing Industry in the state of long-term backwardness,promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Production process reengineering refers to various thinking,tactics and technical means to improve the production process of the existing problems and optimize the allocation of resources,improve production efficiency and reduce costs,so as to adapt to market development needs.Production process reengineering is mainly aimed at product design.Business process reengineering includes a series of processes such as design,research and development,production,sales and after-sales service.The scope of business process reengineering is bigger and wider.In this paper,the process reengineering scheme is mainly discussed based on the former theory.Europe and the United States and other developed countries,the depth of integration of information technology,based on large data,intelligence,information and other aspects of a comprehensive improvement of the production process,manufacturing,manufacturing and after-sales service,Revitalize its manufacturing sector.The domestic automation,electrification and mechanization are simultaneously carried out,time constraints,development tasks,30 years of economic reform since the manufacturing sector to the size and quantity of the main issues arising from the perspective of complex and volatile,it is difficult to improve.Years of development experience shows that the manufacturing industry in the consumption of resources,sacrificing the environment and the interests of the maximization of the development model has been unable to meet the needs of the current era.Among them,the main problems in the manufacturing industry are the high cost of time,the waste of resources,the low efficiency,the destruction of ecology,the lack of information management and system management,the poor quality of the employees at the grassroots level,the conflict of production processes and the lack of information exchange.And sharing,etc.,which lead to many direct problems,such as environmental pollution,ecological damage,increased disease and so on.In this paper,the process reengineering from the perspective of the current situation at home and abroad,and analysis of existing problems,relying on the relevant process reengineering theory and process reengineering method,a comprehensive analysis of the domestic manufacturing process reengineering applications and results,which started related solutions The design of the program.In the actual analysis,this paper will focus on M enterprises in the printing and packaging industry as an example,based on the actual situation of M enterprises and the various problems in the production process,the corresponding theoretical thinking,design a systematic solution and assessment Program to illustrate the importance of process reengineering,improve production efficiency,reduce the cost of M enterprises to adapt to the current economic development needs.In view of this,this paper solves the problems such as the process dispersion,the conflict between product trial and batch production,and the lack of systematic management in the production process through the integration theory,the parallel theory,the overall planning theory and the continuous improvement theory,Continuously improve the current status of M enterprises,from the perspective of information technology,intelligent analysis of related management,such as resource management,technology management,knowledge management,workflow management,and thus put forward systematic solutions and build the corresponding Evaluation and monitoring system,thus assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of process reengineering program,to provide a scientific basis for continuous improvement.
