Study On The Spatial Distribution Of Ji'nan Retail Industry And Its Influencing Factors Based On POI Date

The development of the retail industry is an important indicator to measure the level of economic development of a region,the spatial distribution and characteristics of the retail industry is the basic elements of city retail industry,with the expansion of city scale and the improvement of people's consumption level,the retail level structure,quantity distribution,retail structure and spatial layout have great change.Based on the investigation of Ji'nan retailing development and evolution on the related theory of city planning,commercial geography and city geography,collecting POI data and using many kinds of quantitative analytical methods,study on the characteristics of the Ji'nan retail trade overall and the format of spatial layout,and the main influence on the spatial distribution of factor analysis to provide a reference for the optimization of Ji'nan city commercial resources in the internal space of the rational allocation and business planning.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,since the reform and opening up to now from 1978 the development of Ji'nan retail industry development process,will Ji'nan city retail industry is divided into three stages,which forms the scale of development,summed up all the time in the retail industry in Ji'nan and development trend;secondly from the city of Ji'nan district retail outlets address information through Baidu maps was POI data on 2016 in Ji'nan city retail outlets and the establishment of the POI spatial database,estimation analysis at all levels in Ji'nan city commercial center,total retail and shopping centers,department stores,supermarkets,specialty stores and four types of retail space distribution characteristics using AcrGIS spatial analysis in nuclear density,think Ji'nan city retail in the process of development continues to expand the scale of the function tends to be integrated,the development pattern from single core to multi-core mode The direction of development,using SPSS software for the four types of retail business spatial distribution correlation analysis,that there are obvious differences among different retail formats in Ji'nan city agglomeration,location choice;finally,the theoretical and Empirical Analysis on the influence factors of Ji'nan retail industry spatial layout,establish the linear model verification effects of demographic factors,traffic factors and consumption factors of Ji'nan retail space layout features.Through the summary of research results of factors of the spatial distribution characteristics of Ji'nan and its impact on the retail industry,the main problems existing in the development of retailing industry in Ji'nan in the process,reasonable layout of Ji'nan city retail and retail business optimization solutions and suggestions,and pointed out the inadequacies of this thesis research.
