Research On Transformation Of Seats Of Towns And Townships Administrative Organs In Shandong Province,taking Shanghe,zhouping,yinan And Other Seven Cities As Examples.

The seats including towns' and townships' administrative organs seats.It is both the main carrier of social evolution?economic development and political activities of a county and county-level city area and main node of resident lives.The transformation and development of towns and townships seats can cause a chain reaction of residents?land and financial changes,which has important influence on social development.It will help lot to understand the change law and characteristics of development by researching on the seats transformation and their function in urbanization.In this paper,we will focus on the follows three aspects: transformation of construction,distribution changes and variety of function in urbanization.First of all,I reviewed the change of town and townships' number,the seats function in urbanization,pointed out meaning of this research,defined important concepts,finalized all ten samples,introduced methods used in this research,and data source,delineated the research framework.Then,in studying on variety of construction and development,six indexes are selected based on datum available,they are : population size?land scale?industry and service trade?industrial structure?personal land scale and personal green land scale.I've analysted towns and townships' seats situation by marking and comparing.Then,comparing those six indexes under different characteristics such as regional distribution,terrain,location,level of economic development.In studying on distribution changes,transforming images which were collected from each county into data is the very first step.Then Arcgis spatial analyst tools are token to analyst points which were transformed from images.Number density,land density,scale construction,spatial construction,agglomeration degree and direction degree are selected for comparing different transforming rules form three aspects.At last,in studying of function in urbanization,analysis of overall variety of all seats' residents were setting first,I analysted the population size and rate changes in the last ten years and come to a conclusion.Counties and County-level cities are divided into different categories to compare the difference between population growth speed and proportion growth rate.By those data results,there will be a conclusion which can tell us the role each seat plays in local urbanization.
