Trading Pattern Innovation Of SC Optical Group

As the international trade competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the international trade market is still weak recently.Also the comparative advantage of labor-intensive export industry of China is losing the advantage gradually.The purpose of this paper is to explore the new mode of China's export manufacturers,develop new advantages of trade competition,find a new economic growth point through the combination of theory and practice study.Take SC Optical Group,the domestic export manufacturer,as example.Under the influence of foreign global reconstruction and gradually the domestic labor costs rise and RMB appreciation,SC Optical Group,as the manufacturer of labor-intensive products,is facing the weakening of traditional comparative advantages and the decline in exports and falling profits.Through summarization and analysis of the advantages of different trade patterns and characteristics,the paper comes to the conclusion that the trade transformation and innovation is only way for solving the current management problems and the future rapid development of SC Group.My paper is written with the global perspective and with the background of global situation of international trade,takes SC Optical Group as an example,I analyze the present situation of China's processing trade and the problems existing in the trade as well as the causes of the problem through various methods,including case analysis,comparative analysis,SWOT analysis and other scientific analysis methods.In the first chapter,the background and research significance of trade pattern innovation is introduced,as well as research ideas and methods.In the second chapter,the related theory of processing trade is introduced,including the concept of the processing trade and the disadvantages of the processing trade,the urgency and the necessity of transformation of processing trade,as well as the related theory and trade patterns of trade innovation.In the third chapter,the international trade situation of SC Optical Group and the problems that SC Optical Group facing are analyzed.The fourth chapter closely follows the third chapter,the feasibility of trade pattern innovation of SC Optical Group is analyzed in Chapter four according to the problems which SC Optical Group encounters as mentioned in Chapter three.The conclusions and countermeasures are put forward in the fifth Chapter.SC Optical Group shall prompt trade pattern innovation through development of electronic trade mode positively,actively promoting the independent brands trading and flexible trade mode in response to falling profits and market downturn.My paper could be a reference to the development of domestic processing trade enterprises.
