An Analysis Of The Mechanism Of China's Producer Services FDI On The Efficiency Of Manufacturing Industry

Since the 1980 s,the international direct investment focus areas began to change,becausethe recent rapid development of service trade,all the things let services industry,especially the productive service industry has become a new favorite,leading the rapid development of international direct investment.And the size of the producer services FDI in our country achieved rapid growth in recent years,but the proportion of producer services FDI in our country`s overall FDI is very small,the development of producer services in our country is not consistent with our country's current economic scale.in 2014,the added value of producer services in China still accounts for only 38.89% of the added value of service industry,and only 18.42% of GDP,while the United States' added value of producer services have accounted for more than 70% of the added value of services,which is about 48% of GDP in 2012.So,how to improve the productive service industry FDI in our country,promote the rapid development of producer services in China,and coordinated development of producer services and manufacturing.In the end,to find out the policy of common development path of producer services and manufacturing,this is what the research emphasis in this paper.First of all,this paper generalizes the concept of producer services,producer services is the industry with the refining and manufacturing division of labor which has spun off from the manufacturing services.producer services has the feature of knowledge intensive and intermediateness.And at the same time of carding of the development of producer services,we found that the coordinated development of producer services and manufacturing integration trend is increasingly obvious.Then,the article talk about the international direct investment theory and research trends of producer services FDI,which provides theoretical support for posts.This paper then introduces the current development of producer services FDI.This article uses provincial panel data of 2008-2014,examine the influential factors of the producer services industry` FDI by the empirical test.Test results show that the size of the market has significantly positive influence to five subdivisions of producer services FDI.Manufacturing FDI has significantly positive effect to transportation FDI,information software industry`s FDI,business service industry`s FDI.Level of human capital has significantly positive effect on information software industry`s FDI and business services` FDI too.Labor costs' effect of five subdivided producer services FDI is positive.After the completion of test,we use predecessors' research achievements for reference,we know at last,the development of producer services' effect on manufacturing efficiency is huge,and then,we divide manufacturing industry with the labor intensity factors.Then we discusses the information software industry?financial industry and scientific research industry`s effect on the efficiency of different manufacturing.And eventually depicted the best policy path which is from the size of the market to the producer services FDI,to productive service industry development,to different manufacturing industries' efficiency.This is the biggest innovations in this paper.Finally,combining the best policy path,this paper gives the corresponding policy recommendations,for the development of producer services and manufacturing provides a larger significance.
