The Research About Industrial Agglomeration Promoting New Urbanization In Liaoning Province

During the past "the twelfth five-year plan" period, facing the complicated international political environment and the downturn in the international economic environment after the financial crisis in the United States, the development of Chinese economy still has maintained a steady state, and Chinese economy has made remarkable achievements. Since 2009, Chinese GDP has surpassed Japan to come second in the world. And the GDP in 2015 is 67670.8 trillion yuan with annual growth of 6.9%. Although the development of Chinese economy is more or less impacted by the backdrop of the global economic downturn, many local governments adopt measures under the guidance of the state’s macroeconomic control. On the one hand, they create good conditions for the development of the market economy. They promote industrial structure adjustment and upgrading. They promote industrial transfer and agglomeration. On the other hand, they try to improve the people’s living conditions to speed up the new urbanization and improve the well-being of the people. "Industrial cluster" and "new urbanization" have become a common concern about the regional economic development and important content in the Thirteenth Five-year Plan. At the end of 2015, Chinese urbanization rate is 56.1%. The power source to promote the process of urbanization is industrial concentration and industrial agglomeration plays a role to support the development of new type of urbanization. The urbanization rate of Liaoning Province is 67.05%, ranking the second in the provinces in our country and Guangdong Province is the first. Since the foundation of new China, Liaoning Province has been one of the most important heavy industry bases. The industrial agglomeration start early and the urbanization level is high. However, with the high rapid progress in science and technology, traditional industry of Liaoning Province was phased out in the fierce market competition environment. The urbanization process has begun to slow and stagnation. Now under the new situation, it is particularly prominent problem for Liaoning Province how to promote new urbanization by new round of industry agglomeration. Based on the consideration of the above problems, The article analyzes the present situation on the industry agglomeration and urbanization in Liaoning Province. This article also adopts the method of econometric analysis and mathematical statistics analysis according to the theoretical study and practical data. Therefore we study a new round of industry agglomeration in Liaoning Province to explore the new path of urbanization.Research ideas of this paper as follows, first, the paper research results of domestic and foreign scholars on industrial concentration and new urbanization connotation to define and summarize the relevant economic theory. Then, the paper described the main problems on industrial agglomeration and urbanization in Liaoning Province. Secondly, by selecting the relevant data and using correlation analysis and measurement methods, we seek the main factors about the development of industrial agglomeration and new urbanization. Thirdly, we learn the successful model from other area of the industry gathering to promote the new urbanization. Finally, in consideration of actual situation in the Liaoning Province, we put forward some rational advice to promote the new urbanization.
