Research On Optimizational Location Of Land Resource Of Wuxi National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone

The world today has entered an innovation drive and emerging industrial era of rapid development,how do development zones under the "new normal" keep the pace of the one step faster,still play a leading and exemplary role in the economic development,it is a new topic.Especially when the limited land resource has become a hard constraints,how do development zones optimizes the allocation of land resources on the blueprint of existing is particularly important.Optimizational location of land resource is an important way to realize the sustainable use of land,promote the rapid development of regional economy and environment harmonious.After more than 20 years of development,Wuxi National hi tech Industrial Development Zone(short for WND)entered the transformation of development mode,function transformation and spatial restructuring intertwined development stage.Wuxi new district(WND)is the second largest economic sector in Wuxi.It has a pivotal position in the reform and development of Wuxi city.In 1992,Wuxi new district(WND)was born in the spring tide of reform and openness.It was more than 20 years ago,and after several generations of hard work,the development of the new district has made remarkable achievements.Wuxi new district(WND)is a pilot zone for economic development,main land of opening up,agglomeration of high-tech industrial,innovation in Wuxi city.Wuxi new district(WND)uses 4.7%of the land,8.5%of the population of permanent residents,created about 1/6 of GDP and fiscal revenue,more than 1/5 the size of the gross value of industrial output,about one third in foreign investment and high-tech production,about half of the total import and export,for economic and social development in Wuxi city.It played a leading role and radiation.After 20 years of development,Wuxi new district(WND)has transformed into a development mode of transition,function and space reconstruction.Based on this situation,we take the land resources management system of WND as the research object,public management science,economics and other related theory as the research basis,to analysis status and characteristics of the land use in WND,explore the problems of the current land resource management system by comparing the experiences of developed countries.On this basis,respectively from the aspects of macro,meso and micro level,with examples on Land Resources Management discuss how to reconsider the system innovation strategies and point out certain innovation path selection from different angles.
